We support program administrators every step of the way in running their mentoring initiative by:

• Providing mentoring program and technical support to program administrators by phone and email.
• Training program administrators on all aspects of the platform.
• Ongoing support from a dedicated account manager.

We will meet with you weekly throughout the setup phase, and then you can meet monthly once the program has been launched. We are always available by phone and email for any questions or technical support you may need.

MentorCity connects mentees to mentors and then guides them through the mentoring process.
