“How can customer service be consistent?” When employees sing to the same beat of the drum – service is magical. When a beat is missed -getting back into the rhythm quickly will ensure the customer experience remains intact. If an employee continuously misses the beat it can ruin the song
Reduce stress by clearing your to-do lists. Know that your team will have your back while you are gone. Break regular routines. Enjoy time with family – you deserve it, they deserve it.
Understand how the change will impact you and others – then make decisions on what needs to be adapted based on the changing conditions. A flexible approach, listening skills and good decision making will make change smoother.
It’s Not about being your own boss, having flexibility in your day, being able to choose your clients, etc. It’s about having an idea and being able to act on that idea quickly. It’s about doing something that you are passionate about every day. It’s about building a brighter future.
