Achieve Your Goals - MentorCity

Innovative ways to achieve your goals

We set goals of different calibers all the time. We set them to better ourselves, improve our life experiences, and realize milestone achievements. But even though reaching a goal is important, sometimes, the motivation wanes.

Next time motivation slips, try one of these innovative ways to turn momentum around.

1. Create a vision board. Seeing a goal is powerful. Use words and images to make it tangible and bring it to life.

2. Take small steps. Tackling a big goal all at once can be daunting. Instead, take at least one small step (e.g. read a relevant article) towards achieving it every day.

3. Tell someone. Talk to a friend, colleague, family member or mentor about the goal, and the progress you’re making towards achieving it. This person will help motivate and keep you on track.
