For some decisions the right circumstances and opportunities need to be present that will push you into making a decision. Otherwise, you can take your time.
Even with several projects on the go – make sure that you still carve out time during your day to keep moving prospects through the sales cycle. Balance your time to ensure that your business continues to grow.
Report the good and the bad in a factual, positive and optimistic way. The numbers talk. They can be inspiring or discouraging. However, the numbers alone don’t provide a full scenario of the actions taken, the project timelines, organizational changes, etc. as they are only numbers.
